I work directly with owners of cafés, bars, restaurants, studios, salons, spas, and clinics to bring clarity to the commercial side of the business, diagnosing where money is leaking, sharpening positioning, and installing practical systems that drive bookings, average spend, and repeat visits.
There’s no bloated agency structure here. I lead the strategy and implementation myself, bringing in trusted specialists only when needed. The work stays lean, hands-on, and focused on what actually moves the numbers.

About Me
I’ve worked with some of London’s most iconic hospitality venues, the kind where the coffee is perfect, the lighting is moody, and the staff can carry eight plates at once. I’ve also worked in places where “team culture” essentially meant getting through another shift together.
Somewhere between the dream gigs and the dumpster fires, my love for hospitality and wellness turned into something bigger.
That’s how Peia Studio was born.
I know what it’s like to spin many plates, grow a brand, stay visible online, and run the day-to-day all at once.
